私の”広島の母”小倉桂子さんが代表を務めておられるボランティア団体「平和のためのヒロシマ通訳者グループ(HIP)」は、これまで何千人もの外国人の方々に被爆の実相、被爆者の想いを真摯に伝えて来られました。
被爆75年目の8月6日、HIPは『Live from Ground Zero: 75th Hiroshima Anniversary 』と題して、YouTubeのライブ・ストリーミングを通じて全世界へ”広島のこころ”を英語で発信! 広島でも戦後初めての試みにチャレンジされます(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNrNPHYIDjln9sthpaYwnpA)。小倉さんのキーノート・スピーチに始まり(午前10:00)、広島平和記念公園のガイドツアーや小倉さんの被爆体験講話、午後18:00からの灯籠流しに至るまで、広島と世界がオンタイムで繋がるこの機会をお見逃しなく。
